The RFQ is automatically logged under an unique number into our system, while the customer receives an automatic receipt confirmation mail. The request is subsequently passed onto a dedicated Project Manager (PM).
After careful consideration of project specifications and file analysis, the PM contacts the customer within 30 minutes to confirm all requirements/ask for additional info (preferred terminology/glossary, alternative deadline etc)
Once all required info is gathered/confirmed, the PM drafts and sends the customer a customized quote which includes estimated costs and delivery date.
Subsequent to customer’s written confirmation, the PM identifies and assignes the proper resources, sets up the project in our specialized project manangement system and starts the project, also giving the customer confirmation upon such.
The project team starts working on the translation of the content/files using the assigned tools/glossary/terminology and making sure everything complies with project specifications.
Pertaining to project specification, subsequent to the self-editing process carried out by the initial translator, a second stage of revision may be required and performed by a second translator. Later on, the content/files are also proofread by the PM to ensure all requirements were met.
Pertaining to project specification, the content/files may require certain layout processing, using dedicated tools. Our DTP specialists handle such operations making sure the target files meet all design requirements.
After completion of all workflow stages and final check, the PM delivers the translated content/files and asks for receipt confirmation as well as feedback.
